Ethical decision making in business: Making ethical decisions in a business is a key to ensure long term success for any business. This can provide a standard been maintained by the organization and help the company to build strong reputation in the market securing a loyal customer base as well. Recommendation given to Dalman to engage in professional competency: According to me creating a healthy and stable position between the CEO and its managers will be suitable to be recommended to the company. If they create such a position in their business then they do not have to provide salary. By this they can also seek advantages to hold and stabilize the business. It is also recommended to advertise their business on local radio stations, newspapers, flyers etc to reach maximum customers at the same time. Recommendations given to solve ethical issues: It can be inferred from the case let that Dalman had been visiting all the operating locations and addressing the necessary concerns of the managers as well. Therefore it can be approached to introduce a successful self managed team so that they can give more time to grow the business. This will also ensure to solve all the local problems on a day to day basis and lead to increasing productivity and profit as well. These self assessed managers will be under Dalman so that they can be given well equipped training to mange and plan their activities in a better way (Walker and Breitsameter, 2014). This will also reduce the concentration over financial matters which are getting disturbed. The self managed teams can be applied to various other roles so that flexibility is enhanced and this leads to team productivity as well. Another aspect of Sandwich Blitz to maintain their integrity is to introduce corporate social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility ensures an organizations responsibility towards its environment and workers also. It demonstrated the healthy atmosphere and work culture that is to be maintained regardless of any inconveniences made (Trong Tuan, 2012). Among the eight steps mentioned to improve integrity Dalman should go for taking responsibility despite of the fact that that obligations are coming from the actions being taken by Dalman. By taking responsibility Dalman can recognize the violation of new laws that are required to be implemented. Changes can be made so that the locations are in legal compliance. The housing that includes the dumpsters used by Sandwich Blitz must be removed in order to provide extra space to the company so that all the new laws that are been violated can be taken over by Dalman and acted upon. It is suggested to use the commercial dumpsters or lease the dumpsters until and unless all the ethical issues are been taken care of by the company.
